Newsletter and contact messages

When you request newsletter updates, we store your email, request time, signup source and confirmation status. Contact emails contain the details you choose to send. We use these details to handle your request, respond and provide updates you requested. Contact us to unsubscribe or request deletion.

Optional audience measurement

With your permission, our site sends the page path, time, referring hostname, device category, browser family, platform and language to a private editorial Telegram channel. Search text and URL query parameters are excluded. We do not create a persistent visitor identifier for this measurement. Alerts do not include your IP address.

The endpoint uses your IP transiently to compute a short-lived flood-control hash. The server and hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and technical request logs to deliver and protect the website. Telegram processes messages under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

Audience measurement is off until you select Allow. You can reject it or change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer. The preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional alerts; it does not recall messages already delivered.

Storage and retention

Newsletter requests are stored outside the public web directory. Flood-control records expire after approximately an hour and are cleaned during subsequent requests. Contact us about retention or deletion of subscriber records and previously sent audience alerts.

External services and advertising

Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as IP address. Links to external websites and sharing services are governed by their own privacy policies. Google advertising is not currently activated by this website. Before advertising is enabled, this notice and the applicable consent controls must identify the providers and purposes involved.

Requests and rights

You may contact us to ask about your information, request access or deletion, or withdraw a newsletter request. Rights and applicable exceptions depend on your location. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record.
